Hello belles. We are down to our 3rd look of the week. I started the day in this MAD FOR PLAID look but quickly realized that an outfit adjustment was in order. You have to understand that the weather in Montreal is very unpredictable and can change drastically at a moment’s notice. So, since the mercury went down on day 2 of Fashion Week, I could not have spent the entire day in a skirt and a sleeveless sheer shirt. That would have been a big mistake and guaranteed me a brutal cold or flu. So I ran home and quickly concocted a new look between two events. I was still in the mood for plaid so read on to see what I did!

Look #3: FUR PLEASE!

The second part of my day went well into the night with the Flash Mode Networking event at Auberge Saint-Gabriel. Auberge Saint-Gabriel is one of Montreal’s most sought after venues and, for that night, would be filled with Montreal’s fashion elite. Fashion designers, magazine editors, journalists, bloggers and models… everyone was going to be there. So my look had to be chic and let’s not forget it, warm. This could only mean one thing: I had to wear fur! As I said earlier, I was still in the mood for plaid so I wore another plaid turban I created myself from a piece of fabric and paired it with a denim shirt, red pants and sexy sandals.

This is what I wore:

KNEE-LENGTH BLACK FAUX-FUR VEST by Urban Outfitters | LONG SLEEVE DENIM SHIRT | SKINNY RED PANTS | BLACK LEATHER HANDBAG by Miu Miu | STRAPY SANDALS | SILVER STUDDED EARRINGS | SILVER BANGLES | CAMEO RING I picked up in Costa Rica | DIAMOND NECKLACE.

On my nails: Sally Hensens Salon Effects in Mod About You.
