Now, I can say that I am an avid salad eater. I love the freshness of the ingredients, how light they feel in my body and yummy in my mouth. Buying salad dressing can be very appealing in our fast pace world but I want you to consider making a change. Here are 5 reasons why you should make your own.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>1.\u00a0IT&#8217;S EASY<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need any fancy ingredients to make salad dressing. All it takes is extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix them together in a small bowl will literally take 1 minute and the results: a flavorful sauce for your greens.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>2. IT HAS LESS CALORIES<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It&#8217;s often been said that salads can be very fattening, that&#8217;s all because of the dressing. Think about it, ranch dressing contains 210 calories in one table-spoon. That&#8217;s crazy. Especially now that we are in the middle of beach body season. \u00a0help you get your beach-body.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>3. IT&#8217;S CHEAPER<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pre-made salad dressings can be expensive. Thankfully, making your own will only set you back a few cents per serving. In addition, you can use ingredients that you would already normally buy. Everything you need is already present in your pantry hence saving you lots of money.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>4. IT&#8217;S HEALTHIER<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The salad dressings you find at the grocery store are filled with chemicals, sugar, refined oils and difficult to pronounce ingredients. Ain&#8217;t nobody got time for that! When you make your own, you know exactly what you put in and as long as you use wholesome ingredients you can rest assured that your salad is not only good to the taste but also good for your body.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>5.
