Reading and acquiring new knowledge holds a special place in my heart because I see it as being mentored by some of the greatest minds in the world. Since I believe in life long learning and bettering myself in any way I can, I am an avid reader and that will never change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, my goal is to read 2-3 books a month depending on their lengths. I can already hear some of you gasping for air but let me reassure you. My plan to reach this goal is to mix both reading physical \/ digital books and listening to audiobooks. I like the action of reading but I want to give audiobooks a try to see if they enable me to do more of what I love more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I should also mention that as important as the number of books I read is, I am going to be focusing on retaining and applying what I learn in each book more than ever before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is my 2019 reading list (so far) in no particular order.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  8. Purple Cow by Seth Godin<\/li>
  9. The War of Art by Steven Pressfield<\/li>
  10. Don’t Settle for Safe by Sarah Jakes Roberts<\/li>
  11. Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John Townsend<\/li>
  12. Imperfect Courage by Jessica Honegger<\/li>
  13. The Gifts of Imperfection by Bren\u00e9 Brown<\/li>
  14. How to be a Bawse by Lilly Singh<\/li>
  15. Running with the Giants by John Maxwell<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These are the books I’ve settled on so far. I need to add several more books to this list so send me suggestions and let me know which books you will be reading next year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
