Sustainability is not only about shopping but it’s also wearing what you have over and over and over. In a day and age when people are urged to shop more and more, I encourage you to take care and make good use of what you already own before looking for something new. I don’t only say this, I do it. Mind you, I used to always be on the hunt for that new piece. I shopped every week for shoes, bags, clothes, you name it! It’s been a journey. As Maya Angelou once said: “When you know better, you do better.”

Frank and Oak Campaign in Montreal

I have many favorite looks and this is one of them. I am sporting head to toe (well, ankle) Frank and Oak Minimal collection which is their sustainable offering. I paired the yellow blazer, white sleeveless top and high waisted jeans with vintage mules I purchased in Europe years ago, vintage frames and a Kate Spade clutch.

‘Nature Needs Heroes’ Media Dinner with Timberland x Sam Kass in New York

This was a fabulous event in celebration of the launch of our ‘Nature Needs Heroes’ campaign. It was the culmination of a lot of work and the launch of our tour. Sam Kass x Timberland ‘Nature Needs Heroes’ Media Dinner // What an incredible night! So many highlights to share: ✨ Being in a room of likeminded people ✨ Having conversations that matter ✨ Hanging out with my NNH crew ✨ Meeting new interesting people ✨Connecting and eating a menu prepared by Sam Kass, former White House Chef – Obama Administration, hello! 🙌 (I’m one step closer to meeting the Obamas now 😉) … and the list goes on and on! . The theme of the dinner was: ‘The Last Supper’. The purpose of this meal was to highlight foods that will disappear and / or become extremely rare and expensive if we don’t change our ways and invest is sustainability.
